Throughout history, arts have played a major role in recording and reflecting the state of human society and the natural world in which society exist. Parachutes and Arts will show us where we have been, where we are now, and where we might go. We demand that our leaders commit to building a fossil free Africa that puts people and justice before profits. Africa must follow upon the climate vulnerable forum pledge made by 16 African government in November, 2016 to accelerate the transition towards and economy powered by 100% renewable energy.
